Delivery policy

Every price shown on this site is the delivered price and includes GST. There is no separate shipping line at checkout and no freight added afterwards.

Free delivery applies to orders of four 10kg bags or more, or two 25kg bags or more, to addresses inside our South-East Queensland delivery zones. Below that, a flat delivery charge applies — $14.95 for one bag, $17.95 for two, $19.95 for three — and it is already included in the delivered price shown. There is never a separate shipping line.

Your postcode determines your run day. The delivery date is shown before you pay, as a named day, not a range of business days.

Orders need two clear days before a run. An order placed after that cut-off moves to the following run for your zone.

If a run day falls on a public holiday we deliver on the next business day and notify you by email.

You may nominate a safe, under-cover place for the order. Where you do, we leave the goods there and delivery is complete at that point.

Where no instruction is given and nobody is present, we attempt contact and, failing that, return the order to the next run.

Addresses outside our zones are served by pallet courier. We quote the actual freight cost before payment; we do not add a margin to it.

Courier deliveries are kerbside and require someone present to receive the goods.

Check the order on arrival. Report any damage or shortage within 48 hours to orders@magnexa.com.au with the batch code and a photograph, and we will replace the affected bags on the next run.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
