Terms of sale

This site is operated by Southern Table Pty Ltd, ABN 46 682 738 987, of Brisbane, Queensland. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices shown are delivered prices for addresses inside our South-East Queensland zones.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when the order is placed.

There is no minimum order. Orders of four 10kg-equivalent bags or more are delivered free within our South-East Queensland zones. Below that a flat delivery charge applies and is already included in the price shown before you order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation with a delivery date. If we cannot supply, we tell you and refund in full.

We may cancel an order where a price or specification has been listed in error, and will refund any amount paid.

The published specification states the range every batch must meet. The certificate of analysis states the tested result for an identified batch.

Dosing guidance and the calculator on this site are estimates based on pool volume and your stated water test result. Test your own water and adjust accordingly.

The product is a pool mineral for use in mineral pool systems. It is not a sanitiser and does not replace the sanitising system your pool requires.

Store the bags dry, off the ground and out of reach of children and pets. The safety data sheet applies.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid, at our election.

For Subscriptions, the amount, frequency and next charge date are disclosed before you confirm the plan and in a notice email seven days before each delivery. Plans can be skipped, changed, paused or cancelled online at any time at no charge.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that State have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
