Subscription
A subscription, sized to the pool.
Keep the water feeling the way it did the week you dosed it, without thinking about it. A pool uses two to five bags a year, not a month, so this is a low-frequency plan: the quantity you actually use, on the interval you choose, delivered free on your region's run day.
What it gives you
There is no discount off the mineral, and the bag price is the same whether you order once or subscribe. What a Subscription gives away is the freight and the forgetting.

Free delivery at any quantity
Inside South-East Queensland, a Subscription is delivered free however few bags it is. One bag included.

Price locked for 12 months
The bag price on the day you start is the price you pay for twelve months. Any change after that is notified in advance.

Priority slot on your region's run day
Subscriptions are loaded first, so your delivery sits at the front of your region's run.

Rainfall prompt
Heavy rain dilutes a mineral pool through overflow. After significant rain in your postcode we email and offer to bring the next delivery forward. Nothing ships unless you approve it.
How the interval is chosen
Minerals are not consumed by chlorination. They leave the pool through splash-out, backwash and rain overflow, which is why the quantity is small and the interval is long.
Start from pool volume. The dosing calculator sets both fields for you, and you can change either at any time.
Most pools use two to five bags a year. Adjust the interval if yours differs — you can change it any time.
Skipping and cancelling
Seven days before every delivery we email you the quantity, the date and the exact amount, with one-click links to skip, change or cancel.
Skipping is free and does not end the plan. The next delivery simply moves to the following interval.
Cancelling takes one click in your account view. No phone call, no email request, no questions to answer.
Your bag price is fixed for twelve months from the day you start. We do not change it inside that period, and any change after it is notified in advance.
